Lets face it in most cases the company web site is a serious presentation of the company’s offerings, depending of course on the product.

Personally, I love having the opportunity to blog and get the feedback that comes with it. Blogging allows me to casually get my opinion across with out the necessity of presenting information in a formal business setting. From the feedback that I have received I can honestly say my blog posts have enabled my readers to achieve an increase in web site traffic. Blogging’s great, I love it and it is a whole lot of fun. And maybe some of that comes across in the messages at times I hope so, but then again, maybe to serious at times as well. But I am only human.

Your Company Blogger

Think of someone in your company who enjoys writing, enjoys the job, the company and is generally liked by all. If you have that person’s name in your mind, you just found your company’s blogger. Let all those good feelings about what you feel for your company and the service your company provides come across in your company’s blog – it shows one very important thing about your company – Your Human! Being human  is a very important impression to make in an Internet business interaction and for that matter in any business interaction.

What are you going to Blog about?

To be perfectly honest I have no idea what your going to blog about, It’s your business, it’s your niche you know what concerns your customers what will be helpful to them. That’s what blogging is all about. Communicating to the needs of your customers, providing information in a casual helpful and friendly manner. You already know what your going to blog about.

Okay that’s it for me today sorry a bit disjointed but I do think I made a point or two along the way for those new to, or considering blogging.

Next time I promise I will look into some of the positive SEO effects of blogging and how to make the most of SEO and your Blog, and believe me blogging is a very powerful SEO tool indeed. The benefits of blogging are endless.

Till then check out WordPress.org and talk to your web hosting company or web developer to enquire about setting a blog up on your web site. Your web site is the best place to host your blog. Your blog is going to create inbound links and increased web site traffic. Make sure that traffic and those links are going directly to your web site and domain name, not that of a Blog provider. This is one of the very best SEO tips you will ever receive.
